Collection and Shipping

The collection package we mail you is to return a tablespoon of cremains ashes for each memorial to be created. We return any unused ashes with your memorial order. We ship the collection package which takes approximately 3-5 days to arrive. The return mailer and your returning memorials are shipped USPS Priority Mail Express with special handling sticker, tracking and a signature.

The collection package is complementary and contains instructions, brochure, order form, authorization to us to use your loved one’s ashes to make the glass art, small plastic zip lock bag to hold the ashes, a wooden spoon to gather the ashes (we will need two scoops of ashes, a tablespoon) for each memorial to be created and an addressed USPS Priority Mail Express envelope to return to us. The envelope has a “Cremated Remains” sticker on it, which requires special handling, tracking and a signature. The USPS will charge you $27.00 to mail the package back to Keepsake Ash or we can add it to your order. We will contact you to let you know your package arrived and verify your order. Once your package arrives at Keepsake Ash, it’s takes about 5 weeks before you’ll receive your memorials.

The USPS Priority Mail Express fee to return one or two memorials depends on the location. Please call or email Keepsake Ash for pricing on orders of 3 or more memorials or to receive a return price. If we are returning your memorials to more than one address, shipping charges are calculated separately for each address.
